1. Good hands on exposure to US TAX Terms (W2, C2C and 1099) and Visa Status
2. Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates using Applicant Tracking System (CRM/ERP)
3. Excellent Communication skills and good knowledge of MS office
4. Hands on experience working with various job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, etc.
5. Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone calls and internet research

Full Description: 1. Responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates for US hiring (IT and Non IT), 2. Manage requisition SLAs, customer needs, sourcing strategies, and pipeline building against current and upcoming openings, 3. Track both requisition and candidate flow through VMS (Vendor Management System) in compliance with corporate and government compliance, 4. Responsible to negotiate and close offers as per requirement
