- Should have good understanding staffing business, permanent and contract staffing
- Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and various recruiting softwares
- Hands on knowledge of various job boards like Naukri, Monster, etc.
- Expert in social media recruiting and head hundting

Full Description: 1. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations leading to revenue growth, 2. Visit clients to establish business relationship, documentation, preparing agreements, etc., 3. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions, 4. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling or continuous follow-up, 5. Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs, 6. Get involved in hands on recruiting profile, 7. Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients, 8. Responsible for negotiation for rates, joining, etc. with the clients and candidates
